FRAUD ALERT 

Winsome Capital Limited warns against fraudsters pretending to be staff of Winsome Capital Limited or holding company or affiliates (collectively, “Winsome”) commit fraud of internet phishing. Fraudsters may contact the public online or through social media and impersonate staff of Winsome. The fraudsters will then pretend to open a securities account and offer investors management services. The fake account opening process is conducted entirely online, with the purpose to deceive personal details of the investors, to induce the investors to open the malice documents/hyperlink embedded in the email. Additionally, from time to time on the Internet, there are unauthorised entities that may claim themselves as partners of Winsome. Please note that Winsome has no connection with such deceptive practices.
